Q. Why use your natural extracts when there are many prescription and
over the counter drugs?
A. Our formulas are 100% pure and natural extracts, not drugs. Extracts
have the ability to penetrate into the cell membranes faster than any known
substance. These extracts are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs
trace elements of the formulas directly into the skin, blood stream and immune
system, bypassing the digestive system, where most drugs combat symptoms
internally.
Q. Why is it important that the treatment is being absorbed into skin?
A. Although our products are applied topically, the extracts have unique
properties that penetrate your skin cells to combat your condition at the
source.
Q. Is DERMISIL safe?
A. Yes- DERMISIL is safe to use. We ask that you try a patch test area on
your skin before a full treatment regimen is started. DERMISIL products are made
from all-natural ingredients and are safe to use externally. All DERMISIL
products may be harmful if swallowed. Please keep this and all products away
from children. If ingested, call a Doctor and
advise of the products contents. Check to see if your specific product can be
taken by women who are pregnant or nursing. If in doubt seek a proper diagnosis of all skin
conditions from a medical professional. If you experience any adverse
reaction to any DERMISIL product, discontinue use of the product immediately.
Q. Can your products be used on children?
A. DERMISIL for Scars, DERMISIL for Stretch Marks, DERMISIL for Impetigo,
and DERMISIL for Eczema can be used on babies, children, and adults. All other
DERMISIL products are recommended for children 5 years of age and older.
Q. I am pregnant, can I use your products?
A. You may use DERMISIL for Scars, DERMISIL for Stretch Marks, DERMISIL
for Impetigo, and Dermisil for Eczema, but you are not advised to use any other
DERMISIL products while pregnant or nursing.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure
server, which encrypts all submitted information. We accept VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept any bank debit card with
a VISA or MasterCard logo. Keep in mind that if you use TeleCheck via PayPal,
your order can be delayed up to 4 days for the funds to clear. You will be
notified when your order ships.
Q. Do you accept eChecks or Visa Check card?
A. Yes we do accept eChecks via our website. You may also use a Visa
check card to order either via fax or phone.
Q. Do you accept PayPal?
A. Yes, we accept PayPal.
Q. If I do not have a credit card, do you accept mail orders and fax
orders?
A. Yes we do!

If you are paying by check, expect mailing delays and delays in shipping by 5-7
days for the check to clear. We recommend sending a money order and we will ship
same day of receipt, if by 2PM EST. For international orders, we require an
International Money Order, payable in US dollars.
Be sure that the order form has the correct item, return address, and quantity
you would like.

Q. Do you ship to Australia, Canada, Asia, New Zealand, Europe and
other continents or countries?
A. Yes, We ship all over the world. Simply enter your shipping
destination and the shopping cart will show you your shipping options. If you
have any problems, feel free to contact us. Generally, Global Priority Mail is
received within 7-10 business days. Parcel post can take from 10-20 days
depending on the destination. UPS Express and Postal Express can take from 4-10
days depending on customs in your country.
Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?
A. All online and fax orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of
receipt. We estimate 2 To 6 business days for product delivery using the United
States Postal Service (after processing and shipment). For International orders,
please see above.
Q. Can I return the unused product for a refund?
A. If you would like to return a product you must first receive an
authorization to do so and your return must be received by Dermisil within 60
days from the initial date of purchase. Please email: sales@dermisil.com, give
us your valid reason for return, and receive the authorization before shipping
product back to us.
If you have purchased the wrong product, you may exchange the unopened container
(product) by receiving authorization to return the product by email, enclosing
the invoice, within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must pay for return
shipping, and we will send out the correct product once the original product is
received. If you have opened the product, no exchange will be permitted.
